What you're agreeing to.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BEASTCHEMIST, a sole proprietorship founded and operated by Mohit Ryan ("we," "us"), governing your use of beastchemist.com and all related services.

By signing in, creating an account, or accessing any content, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BEASTCHEMIST.

One person. One account. Real info.

To use most features of BEASTCHEMIST, you need to sign in with a Google account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during signup and onboarding — real name, real phone number, real class and target exam
• Keep one account per person — no creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or duplicate-claim free content
• Keep your Google account secure — anyone with access to your Google account can access your BEASTCHEMIST account
• Not share your account credentials or content access with anyone else
• Update your information when it changes (e.g. new phone number)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions, including duplicate accounts and accounts using false information.

What you get when you sign in.

Free content

Some content on BEASTCHEMIST is marked free. Once you sign in and complete onboarding, you may access free content for as long as your account remains active.

Paid content

Paid content unlocks for your account after a successful payment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, paid content is licensed for lifetime personal access — meaning you can access it as long as your account remains active and BEASTCHEMIST continues to operate. Lifetime does not mean perpetual under all circumstances; see section 07 (Termination) and section 08 (Disclaimers).

What "access" actually means

When you buy or unlock content, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view, read, and use that content for your own learning. You do not receive ownership of the content. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share the content with others.

Time-limited download links

For security, content files (PDFs, videos, etc.) are served through expiring signed URLs. Each link expires within a short time of being generated. If a link has expired, return to your content library and click again to generate a fresh one. The link expiry is a security mechanism, not a restriction on your access — your underlying access never expires unless your account is terminated.

Pricing in INR. No refunds on digital content.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect content you have already purchased.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

Refund policy

This policy exists because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." You are encouraged to review the description, preview (where available), and free samples before purchasing.

Exception — technical failure

If you completed a payment but our system fails to grant access within 24 hours due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will either grant access or refund the full amount.

Failed payments

If a payment fails or is reversed by your bank, the corresponding content access will be automatically revoked.

Chargebacks

Filing an unwarranted chargeback (i.e. disputing a transaction you genuinely made) is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and loss of access to all content, including content purchased separately.

The content is ours. The platform is ours.

All content on BEASTCHEMIST — including but not limited to text, diagrams, illustrations, video, audio, PDFs, course material, layouts, designs, source code, brand marks, and the name "BEASTCHEMIST" itself — is the intellectual property of Mohit Ryan / BEASTCHEMIST, or used under license from rights holders.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content
• Share access credentials or download links with others
• Use our content to train any machine-learning or AI system
• Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or attribution
• Use our brand name, logo, or trade dress without written permission
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content in any form

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Don't break things. Don't cheat.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access content or accounts that do not belong to you
• Scrape, mirror, archive, or systematically download content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Disable, bypass, or interfere with security features (including DRM, signed URLs, and access controls)
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate Mohit Ryan, BEASTCHEMIST, or any other person
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the platform without our written permission
• Resell or commercially exploit any free content offered on the platform

Either of us can end this.

You can leave anytime

You may stop using BEASTCHEMIST at any time. To delete your account and personal data, email us per the Privacy Policy.

We may terminate accounts for cause

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Provide false signup information
• Share content access with others
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour
• File a chargeback for a legitimately completed purchase
• Attempt to attack, exploit, or undermine the platform

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of paid content.

Discontinuation

We may discontinue BEASTCHEMIST or any of its features at any time. If we permanently discontinue paid content you have purchased, we will provide reasonable advance notice and offer either continued access for a transition period or a pro-rated refund of the unused portion at our discretion.

No guarantees on outcomes.

BEASTCHEMIST is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to ensure quality, we make no specific guarantees about:

• Exam outcomes — Our content is a study aid. Your performance in JEE, NEET, or any other exam depends on many factors beyond our content alone. We do not guarantee admissions, rankings, or selection
• Uninterrupted availability — The platform may experience downtime, maintenance, or technical issues
• Error-free content — While reviewed carefully, content may contain errors or outdated information. We will correct material errors we become aware of
• Suitability for any specific syllabus version — Exam syllabi change. We aim to keep content current but cannot guarantee it always reflects the latest official syllabus

You use BEASTCHEMIST at your own discretion and risk.

Our liability is capped.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of BEASTCHEMIST is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free users, our liability is limited to ₹500.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill
• Damages arising from third-party services (Google, Razorpay, your internet provider, etc.)
• Damages from circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited under Indian law — for example, liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

India, exclusively.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of BEASTCHEMIST shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by directly contacting our grievance officer (see Privacy Policy section 11) and allowing 30 days to respond.

If we update these, you'll know.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves, as laws change, or as we add new features. When we make a material change, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Email signed-in users at the address on file at least 7 days before the change takes effect
• Display a notice on the site for at least 30 days after the change

If you don't agree with a change, stop using the platform before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
